AI make cream cheese icing and it is so thin ..... I tried to pipe basic swirl on cupcakes and it won't set up .... Should I refrigerate it before piping it ....I don't want to add more sugar because it will be to sweet ... Will refrigerating it help ...thanks ..

The basic classic c/c icing works ok normally, for simple decorations. maybe a touch less liquid.
