AHi I got asked to make a cake similar to this one but honestly concerned about the structure! It has to travel over 100 miles in the heat! Any suggestions would be very helpful

I would use styrofoam wedges and lots of dowels...and be very very careful. LOL. Having never done anything like that I will defer to Leigh for answers.
