I have been seeing the surprise inside cakes and have a cake I would like to put a pecan praline center in.  I was thinking about cutting a round hole in the center of the cakes and cutting the pralines in the same size and just putting them in the holes.  Has anyone ever tried this? I have searched online but can't find any information. Any help would be great! I can't think of a reason why it wouldn't work but can't find any info saying it does lol
