hiya i am new to this my sister has aked me to make a rupunzel cake with gold hair going all the way round any chance you lovely ladies and gentelmen would know what tip i should use to get such desired hair look using royal icing just leant that it is not the same as butter icing lol that would of been a deisaster sory about the spelling.

if you search that in the images you will see that I and others used Yellow fondant to create that long flowing hair. Good luck!
AI just braided yellow fondant for mine. It turned out cute. The cake itself is buttercream. Still learning, this was one of my first special requests so be kind! haha.
