I'm just starting out doing cakes for people instead of doing them for family, and there's no way I'd try something that complicated yet. It would take at least two weeks to do all the gumpaste flowers for me. Good luck with it, hope it turns out ok. 

I've done a ton of tiered cakes and still wouldn't feel comfortable taking this on.  Not trying to discourage you flowerpoo, but think it over carefully.  Even the pros here are saying this looks like a challenge
