I dont have a lot of experience with fondant. Im making my sons birthday cake soon, and i want to do a big "C" on the top of it. What should i use to do this? I dont want it to be to complicated. Thank you!!

I made a big C once, and all I did was roll up some 50/50 fondant/gumpaste into a rope shape, shaped the C, but 2 toothpicks in the bottom so it would stand up straight in the cake, and let it dry completely.  Worked out beautifully.
