AWhat is a cake square??? Do you mean a petit four?

If you are referring to cakes that are square... Most of us use square cake pans...

 

If you are referring to small squares of cake (i.e. petit fours)... I don't care for making them... but on the occasion I have had to, I have cut them by hand... I do believe you could buy smaller silicon pans for them though...

Use a sheet pan...half or quarter.   Depending on how many you need to make.
