AI made a cake, and the butter cream was a mess. I need a skinny thing, the turntable. But anyway, I decided to,put fondant on it, good practice, and first I couldn't get the fondant to go smoothly around without folds at the bottom. I fixed that, but when I went to trim the bottom edge, it got all ragged. I hid it with flowers, but I would like to know how to trim the bottom smoothly? Any help is greatly appreciated! Use a pizza or pastry cutter, smooth clean cut.
