AHi all. I'm new to cake central and to cake decorating. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this question?? Once your cake has been ganached and is left overnight to set? How long does the ganache stay out of the refrigerator on the cake without going bad? Because it is made with cream. Though the cream has come to boiling point

Days and days. Weeks. As long as you're not talking months, it will be fine.

Thank you. was just hoping it would be fine to ganache the cake Wednesday, cover with fondant Thursday and cut and eat on Sunday.
