AI'm going to make an abby cadabby royal iced cookie for a friends daughter. I was thinking about doing a transfer of her face the. Setting it on a wet flooded cookie once the tramsfter was dry. Are royal icing transfers done the same as chocolate transfers? I know with chocolate you flip the image over. I want it to look really clean. I'm guessing I can do it the same as a chocolate but I'm hoping someone can clarify.

Thank you,

Sarah

You wouldn't want to flip over the royal transfer because the backside will not be as smooth and shiny as the  upside.

I suggest that you make more than one image and that you lightly grease--and then wipe it off-- the surface that you pipe it on so that it releases easily.
