I'm near Nashville and it's a Cinderella image, so I can't take the picture to the store and get it done.

AIf it's a copyrighted image you can't legally reproduce it without permission, so you might want to look into an alternative design. For example, it's legal to purchase a licensed Cinderella cake topper and include that with the cake since you are not making a copy of the character.
