Anybody Ever Use "first Street" Cake Mixes?

I was in the local Smart & Final this afternoon, looking for something else, and I took a look at the "First Street" cake mixes, in 4-lb bags.

In particular, I noticed that, like the BC mixes of four decades ago, they call for milk, rather than water.

At any rate, does anybody have any experience with them?
