Hi, 

I would love to learn more about cake decorating, baking, ect. I have taken classes at a few bakeries and love every minute of it. I have learned basic cake skills, filing, icing, decorating, fondant, however, still know I have a lot to learn. Is anyone looking for a helper? 

Any advice would be appreciated. Thought this was a long shot. 

ADepending on where you live there are cake clubs. Also, are you an ICES member? Our next classes are April 27th and our day of sharing is the 28th. I know this is not giving you information on anyone looking for help but I just thought I would put it out there!

AI'm in the Columbus area too. I'll be at the ICES DOS on the 28th! I've been to it the last couple years (finally became as ICES member last year) and its really worth it to go.
