Hi,

I am wanting to do a 7" tier on a cake and can only find recipes that require two 7" tins and as I am being tight, I don't want to buy a second one! 

Does anyone have a sponge or victoria sponge recipe for a 7 and 9" cake that I can then tort once baked?

Any help would be amazing!
