i have made from reg chocolate waffers and never had a problem but win i go to use white chocolate waffers i do all the same after has sat i mix with my hands but get hard clumps in it and shows up then win i color it to any help

are you certain it is fully melted before you add the corn syrup?
also it can burn easy if it gets too hot
