I own a dessert catering company that specializes in custom dessert buffets. Until recently I had 2 partners but because of reasons, etc. they have requested to be "preferred vendors". With that said I can now also use other business to supply the cakes and desserts that I need for my clients. My question is...does anyone have a "Sub-contractor's Agreement" or anything like that that they would be willing to share. Thanks in advance!
