I own a dessert catering company that specializes in custom dessert buffets.  Until recently I had 2 partners but because of reasons, etc. they have requested to be "preferred vendors".  With that said I can now also use other business to supply the cakes and desserts that I need for my clients.  My question is...does anyone have a "Sub-contractor's Agreement" or anything like that that they would be willing to share.  Thanks in advance!

Still looking for someone who is in the same business or running their business in the same way that might be able to give me some tips or advice.  Using sub-contractors, out-sourcing, etc.
