Watery Chocolate Covered Strawberries?

AHi guys! I was wondering if anyone knew how I can make choco covered strawberries without the strawberries getting watery within a few hours?
Awhenever ive made them ive tended to leave them in the fridge until ready for them. once on the table they seem to be fine. not the sort of thing that gets left for long as very popular.
Make sure the strawberries are dry, melted chocolate is not too hot, don't refrigerate if possible.
Dry your strawberries very well with paper towels and then let them air dry for a while making sure you turn them. Also like someone else suggested make sure your chocolate isn't too hot and I always dip twice to avoid any uncovered areas. Personally refrigerating them has worked for me, I haven't had any problems, however I never make these more than 24 hours ahead, and if I possible I try to make them a few hours before delivery/pick up or serving time. Hope this helps Good luck!
