I always make my own MMF but just saw a recipe for rolled buttercream which sounds delish...can you flavour the rolled buttercream?  is it easier to work with than MMF or the same?

 

Just wondered what the differences are between the 2...and if disaster can happen while making it.  I have never had a bad batch of MMF.
