I just love the tast and how it dose better then marshmellow  fondant but i have found win done and let sit it is still quite sticky should i just keep adding powerded sugar to it till no longer stinking to hands and table?

The amount you add is purely up to you and how soft/hard you want it. I usually used the entire 4 pounds when I would make it.
