AHi,

I have a question. I'm curious. Do you always fill your cupcakes? If so what is the filling you use for vanilla cupcakes and chocolate cupcakes?

ANo, I do fillings on request and for an extra charge. Fillings can vary depending on customer choice. Vanilla and chocolate cupcakes can be filled with fruity fillings, plain vanilla/choc fillings, liquor filings, pretty much anything!

AI'm just a hobby baker, but only fill if it is needed. For instance one time I made lime cupcakes stuffed with coconut milk cream cheese filling and coconut buttercream. I don't know how to explain it, but the filling seemed to bring it all together. Another time I made vanilla cake, dulce de leche filling, and dulce de leche Swiss meringue buttercream. It was perfect.
