Can anyone please give some guidance?

I am baking 2 ombre cakes for my 2 children in 2 weeks time (one for Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th Nov), I also want to make some cake pops and cupcakes. I am planning on putting fondant on the birthday cakes but frost the cupcakes. Can anyone suggest a timeline?
