Hi everyone! Does anyone have a guide/set of directions that they leave with the cake regarding how to cut it when the SPS is used?
I just tell them the pillars are attached to the plastic plate and to lift up on the plate and the pillars will come out with it.
I made this "cutting guide" based off of indydebi's method of cutting cakes. Nobody seems to have any issues with it!
KHalstead- thank you for putting the directions together so clearly. A copy of your directions is now in my file. This is how I cut all round or square layer cakes- except tube pans. Every professional should have this guide to pass out with his/her cakes.
