The Eddie Spence Book (The Art of Royal Icing) has popped up on Amazon again at a fairly reasonable price (i.e., not in the 100s or 1000s). There's a new one for $39.97 plus postage.

AIve had my book for a couple of years now it's one of the best technique books I own and I highly recommend it to anyone needing to improve their piping skills. I'm in a bit of shock after reading this thread as to how much they are going for, not that I'd ever sell it but my copy is signed by Mr Spence himself so maybe I'd be able to pay for my new house extension if I sold it lol

ordered mine a few years ago, I love working with RI and this book is wonderful. Shocked at the price back then, I think paid $90 total. can't remember exactly. I purchased it from a bookstore in England.

I did the same thing, bought and shipped from the UK. Totally worth it, what a great book!

I'll have to get one shipped from the UK - my order was cancelled after 2 weeks. :(

Yes I had. From my point of view it is one of the best books I had ever seen. The number 1 if you like this kind or work. I'm from Mexico and I bought it through Amazon UK.
