Hi everybody! I'm new here!

I'm currently trying to start my own sweets business and now I'm at the part where I'm working on packaging. In my ingredients listing, how do I list food dyes? I noticed a local cookie maker listed the dye names (example: RED #3, YELLOW #6) but when I look at my Wilton and Americolor bottles there are other chemicals and sometimes a number of dye colors.

What do I do?

Some food coloring does contain only the food dye and no other ingredients (powdered food coloring, for example) but if you are using gels with additives you can list all the ingredients of the food coloring parenthetically (in the same order) after the name of the food coloring.
