I just can't seem to get that dark green color for my rose leaves. I tried using leaf green and adding a little black, forest green and even a little juniper green and it just doesn't look like the pretty green leaves I see in pictures. What colors do you use (gels, petal dust, luster dust etc.).

I start with colouring my flowerpaste a pale green. I then dust with a mixture of veridian (jupiter is close to this ) Dark green and then a little rubine or burgundy around the edges.

I then steam to set the colour and then using a mix of alcohol and confectioners glaze . Dip and then spin to remove the excess.
