Hello all,
I have a wedding cake coming up in the next few weeks and the bride would like a cake similar to the one in the link.

It looks similar to the cascading rose cake, but I just can't decide what flower to start with!

I'd say it looks like a fantasy peony.

I see a riff on Ron Ben-Israel's giant rose. I'd think that any rose petal set would work fine.

Here you are...Just use rose petals instead of peony petals. I've done a bunch of these recently, they're pretty trendy right now. Start with a basic rose center but spread the petals on the rose out a little more than usual.
