A very good friend of mine has his three children coming in to all celebrate their birthdays together. He want me to make a cake for him incorporating all three of their professions (Doctor, Teacher, Airforce) HA! Any ideas!?

How about 3 tiers - one for each profession? Or divide a round cake in 3 sections (like a pie chart) and decorate each secton according to the profession? just thinking........!

Hexagon shaped cake with sides decorated for each and a birthday decor on top. I did this for my son's interests on 40th birthday and on a wedding cake for the bride and groom's interests. I got many compliments on both cakes.

Have all three of them stood on top of the cake wearing their uniforms with an abulance, school bus and an airplane of some sort behind them. The around the sides of the cake you can have painted on children (for the school) old people/ people in casts e.g. broken arm/leg and jets flying along the top of them.

Cutecat111, I love your idea of all 3 standing on top of the cake in uniform.
With sibling rivalry, all at the top is a great idea. And it looks so united
