I'm going to be making a Yeti Cooler Groom's cake in two weeks for a wedding. I'm going to be stacking 6 layers of 12x18 sheet cakes. (the cake needs to feed 250) Any suggestions on how to stack these and also suggestions on what to use as supports? Also I need advice on how to make the ice. Any advice is appreciated!! Thank you!!

Ice= pour melted Isomalt onto a cookie sheet, score with a knife while soft, after hardening break into cubes.

Each two layers of cake need to be doweled across the entire surface, then a layer of bakers cardboard. Total of three separate layers of doweled cake and two cardboards. Offset the dowels so the weight is most uniformly distributed.
