Hello all! I am building a new kitchen for my cake business and wanted to know what people would recommend as "can't live without" items in their kitchens? Also, what would you change in your current baking set up? Thanks!

Walk-in fridge.

Hydraulic lifter to move larger cakes around and to vehicle.

Doorway ramped inside/outside facilitate deliveries.

Good storage and organization is a must. How much flour do you use and how will it be stored?
Rubbermaid has a nice commercial line.

Second, I would have different counter heights at some point for different types of work. I'm tall, so I had some counters built several inches taller so I don't have to bend when kneading. Saved my back. There will also be times when you want to sit to do work.

Third, wide aisles for moving carts and people past each other while working. Workspace is useless if you always have to move out of the way.
