I am having trouble making red fondant.....icon_sad.gif I can get the color but when im ready to cover my cake it ALWAYS crumbles. It only does it when i make red, i could make any other color of the rainbow and never have a problem but when i make red it never covers smoothly. Please help!

My only suggestion is to buy pre-colored fondant when you need red. That's my preference for using red and black since they are so difficult to achieve.
