what's the best way to stabilize whip cream? Whip it, jello or cornstarch?

I use piping gel - about 2 Tbsp

My favorite is Whip It by Dr Oetker. I can't always find it in the grocery store though. I use unflavored Knox gelatin or piping gel when I have to. The Whip It works better in the Texas heat icon_surprised.gif
