I need to make a cookie monster blue but only have royal blue food coloring... Is there another color I can add with that to make it a cookie monster blue??

Will attach a link to the cake I am referring to:

I was told they used navy blue by wilton but I don't have that color.

I'd say that Cookie Monster Blue *is* royal blue. Am I missing something? icon_smile.gif Maybe he should be plain Blue, rather than Royal Blue (which often has a touch of purple in it) but I'd still think that you can get the right color with the royal you have.

If you want navy blue, you add a little black to primary or royal blue.

Make the royal blue icing as dark as you can and then add a touch of black to kinda mute it down. That is the color of Cookie Monster.
