sorry , I'm sure this has been covered, but I don't have time to keep looking for the answer.
I was going to use a bavarian cream filling and cover the choc cake in choc ganache. Since the bavarian cream needs to be refrig can I put the covered cake in frig afterwards for overnight? Will the choc ganache be ok? Will it fade? crack? I would take it out in the morning and finish decorating.

I always put ganache covered cakes in the frig...never have had a problem : )
