I am looking for metallic tranfer sheets or wanting to know how this silver metallic look was accomplished on the bottom teir of the cake in the link provided....any ideas or thoughts would help greatly...thank you icon_smile.gif

That was suppose to be transfer sheets....my "S" key is being goofy...sry

It could be edible silver leaf, such as:

That really looks like silver leaf. I would go that route. It is also probably the most cost effective. Although, try to get the cake as smooth as possible. Imperfections show. Also, when working with leaf, no fans. Turn off central air so it doesn't kick on. It is incredibly delicate and will fly away on you. But it is fun to work with.
