I am having trouble finding information on how to roll out chocolate and cover a cake with it like you would fondant. I made some modeling chocolate but it was very crumbly and didn't roll smoothly. Does anyone know how I could do this?
Hi, some time back, i asked the same question. Got good answers. Haven,t tried it yet though. Saved my info on it, but can,t find it right now. So here is a site to go to.
