Hello all! I really need help with trying to get powdered sugar off of my fondant. Can someone tell me what to do to get it off without saturating the fondant and risking the colors running?

u can try using a paint brush or make up brush.. I use a large blush brush to dust off my cakes when I'm done. the bristles are really soft, but there are a lot of them so it usually does the trick! I hope this helps!

Rub shortening all over the cake. You have to do the entire cake though so that it looks even.

I use a cake-only painters brush (extra fine). Usually, most dust will come off with the brushing. Any tough spots, I rub my bristles on a wet paper towel (so the brush isn't wet, only moist), and then brush again. That usually does the trick!
