I bought the large silicone mold and attempted pouring isomalt and it was yellowed and had air bubbles in it. I used distilled water, so I'm open to any and all tips and tricks you have. I poured white candy melts and it wasn't flawless. It had some pitting in it. I guess I thought I would pop out this perfect gem and move on to the next step. I need tips and advice, please! Thank you in advance.

Hi,

I was going to suggest using distilled water but, you already did that icon_smile.gif Maybe you over cooked the isomalt a little. If you try again, keep a very close eye on the isomalt as its getting hotter and try to pull it off of the heat before it starts to yellow. Also, with the melted white chocolate, try to give it a good stir before you pour and see if that helps.

Hopefully, others will chime in with some help for you icon_smile.gif
