Hi,
I have a request to make a cake as in the picture (attached) provided by the client. This is due on Friday Morning. Can you please give me tips of making the ruffles atthe back of the peony.

I would def use gum paste in my fondant to make it thinner or some gum text with my fondant to make it more pliable. I would also first make it thin then do the texture last. hth
