Hello All,

It's been FOREVER since I have posted but knowing how helpful and amazing everyone here is I am back!

So.....

I want to make some banana pudding cupcakes I have searched and searched and can not come up with a reciepe that will be able to sit out for a few hoursicon_sad.gif

The only ingredients that I am sure that I want to include are Nilla wafers and I really like a cake with sour cream in it. Anything else is optionalicon_smile.gif

THANKS SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!!!!
Katie

All can sit out for four hours, but then need to be discarded.

Do you want real banana pudding? I use my favorite yellow cake, line the bottom with a Vanilla Wafer, make real pudding for filling, maybe with chunks of wafers, and top with Italian meringue, not the buttercream. Then torch it.

Yes that was my planicon_smile.gif

I am just concerned with a pudding filling sitting out.

They will be going to work with my husband and may sit out a few hours I do not want anyone to get sick!!!

Thanks for your replyicon_smile.gif
