Okay! I keep trying to make a nice pink and come up with bright bubble gum pink. How do I fix frosting that is already too pink? How do I avoid doing it in the future?
Thanks so much!

I think the only way to fix it is to add more white icing...as for the future...add very tiny amounts at a time!

Take a small amount of the pink icing, and add it to white icing. Til you get the desired color.

Wilton has a product called White White Icing color. It lightens up the color of your frosting. I use it when I am using yellow butter in my buttercream so that my frosting is not yellowish.
