I found this adorable picture in the gallery and would really love to make this bear cake.... I have a few questions..

1.. How do you get a gray frosting without it turning a purple color?? (I have Wilton food coloring)

2.. What size tip do you think was used?? Could I use the #233 grass tip to get the fur effect??

3.. Do you think that the stand up cuddly bear cake pan from Wilton was used for this bear??

Major applause to the creator of this cake!!! ( TracyLouX) You did an AMAZING job! I just want to make something similar for my husband for Valentine's Day! =)

There is a tutorial for this on this website:

You have to pay but the tutorials are worth it.

I don't think the Wilton pan will give you the exact shape as the bear is carved but you could give it a try.
