I need to make several number cakes. but I'm unable to find number cake pans the size I need. I saw this cake (see picture below) and I'm wondering how would I go about sculpting this cake and other number cakes? Thanks in advance.

Copy/draw the number in the size you need and carve it out of a sheet cake the proper size.
