I have this picture saved to my cakes files .I have a customer who wants me to replicate this cake...Does anyone know who the photos belong to? I would like to email them and ask a few questions about structure and cake sizes.

Thanks
LL

Could be a sheetcake halved lengthwise and stacked. Rump (trimmed down a bit) and head (full) Wilton Ball cake, the one you bake in 2 halves. Arms and snout fondant ot truffelmass, all covered with star piping, but that's me guessing. If you have those forms, why don't you just stack them and see, whether it might fit

Thanks Ursula...I have made the 3D dog a few times so I think it is pretty much like that...I'm gonna round the centre body though as it looks quite square and boxy...I have a 8 inch half sphere pan so I may use these for the head and rump also...
