Right now I use Wilton and don't like it, but it's all I can get where I am unless I order online. So, before I order I thought I'd ask which brand you recommend? I've used Satin Ice once and loved it, but haven't tried anything else. Which one do you think is best?

Thank you

Have you ever tried making your own MMF? It is really easy, inexpensive and tastes great.

I have, twice. First time it worked ok, 2nd time failed miserably. I'd just rather pay to have something I know is consistence and ready to use.

I have bought satin ice once and found that its too expensive to buy fondant when you are a hobby cake maker like myself. I started to make my own fondant and found that its most cost effective. 5 dollars goes a long way... Like I said being a mostly hobby baker, I dont charge much and would not make hardly anything if I didnt go on the cheap.
