I am making cake pops tonight, I wanted to do raspberry filled, but have researched and found that it's not a good idea to fill these...so how about dipping/brushing them in raspberry liquor- popping back in refrigerator...then dipping in chocolate??? Is that a disaster waiting to happen? Or would it work-I know it wouldn't be as good as raspberry filling, but I was thinking it would flavor the cake enough, then I would dip in chocolate and then decorate with white chocolate flavored with raspberry extract or liquor.

I am experimenting -first time even using cake pops...so any help or advice appreciated - I wanted to do mint chocolate and raspberry chocolate....

Thanks!

I personally wouldn't dip them or brush them with liqueur as the outer chocolate coating may not adhere...Try one or two..you will soon find out.

good point...okay, I will flavor some of the mix with raspberries...then swirl it into the cake ball before baking...I think I got it now icon_wink.gif
