Silver Buttercream?

Hello to all! Does anyone have any idea if there is a way to make silver buttercream?

There is no viable way to make silver buttercream..The closet you will get is if you tint BC grey and then spray it silver with an airbrush and then still..It isn't a metallic silver.

If you don't have an airbrush, you can buy cans of silver food colour spray. I have only used the PME brand, but just so you know the cans are tiny - I sprayed 24 MINI cupcakes and used about half a can I reckon. And it costs 9.50 each can over here. Also the spray button is really uncomfortable. I had a friend who sprayed a 4 tier cake with this stuff, she used about 10 cans and got blisters...!! But it does work and comes out very metallic.

Ah yes...PME is a good product but small cans...Nice silver color too!!
