Professional Bakers! I'm looking for a great baking scale to use in my shop. It needs to be easy to read and have a pretty hefty capacity. (The one we are using now maxes out at about 11 pounds - it's just not cutting it.) Any input is welcome!
From what I have found, the big boy scales cost a LOT, don't know what your budget is. I have the Escali (love all their scales) Pana #V136 and it holds 13#. HTH
