Hi, I see the pans for the Wilton giant gingerbread man cookie. Does anyone have this pan? Does the cookie come out good? What recipe did you use? Does anyone have the giant Gingerbread Man Cookie Cutter? I see Coopergifts has one but it is expensive. Thanks.

Did you see the one on there that was 10X15? Wow - they aren't kidding about huge! I picked up one at the Villeroy & Boch Outlet that's closer to the giant or large for just $2.50 but it's not copper.

I don't have that pan, but bought one of the other Christmas pans. I used NFSC dough, and it was just too thick. Crunchy on the edges, not quite cooked in the middle. The design lines showed for the most part, but not great definition.
