So...im in the middle of making my buttercream for some cake bites and i use heavy cream in my recipe. I find that not only has it frozen but expired a few days ago I need to make these ASAP so...anybody have any substitutes for heavy cream (simple substitutes)?
To substitute 1 cup heavy cream, "2/3 cup (160 ml) whole milk plus 1/3 cup (75 grams) melted unsalted butter".
