Hi, i could be wrong, but , i dont,t think you can use the coupons if an item is already on sale. I know you can,t at the one i work and shop at. Hope others will tune in.

It would be better to wait until it's not on sale and get a competitor's coupon (AC Moore's does a lot of 50% off) and purchase it that way. They won't let you use the coupon on a sale item
